Who is Gymnastics Genius? |

I am a mother of two girls, a gymnast and a dancer. I was finding it very difficult to locate good quality merchandise and gifts for my daughters for birthdays and Christmas. I began the Gymnastics Genius business by importing one small box of novelty gymnastics items from the USA to test the market.
Since then Gymnastics Genius has become the largest registered Australian online business specialising in gymnastics, dance, rhythmic and trampolining merchandise, gifts, novelties and accessories.
The merchandise available has only previously been seen at local Perth competitions and on Ebay.
This website has been developed to provide Australian and world wide gymnasts with the opportunity to purchase the latest range of gymnastics, dance, rhythmic and trampolining merchandise.
If enough interest is generated, I will also extend my range to include cheerleading items.

Gymnastics Genius is located in Perth, Western Australia.
Customers originate from Australia, New Zealand, North America, United Kingdom and Asia. We welcome customers from all over the world.
We are happy to post worldwide, however postage rates will be adjusted according to the country of origin.

What are the postage costs? |
|
Postage is based on purchase price and the location to which the item is being sent and will be added on Paypal checkout.
For example:
Australian orders
$1 - $9.99 = $3 postage
$10.00 - $29.99 = $6 express postage
$30.00 - $99.99 = $11 express postage
Over $100 = $11.00 express postage
I do not want to make money from postage (they charge enough as it is!!) and if you are unhappy with a postal rate provided by Paypal, please contact me prior to payment to ensure the best postal deal.
If you have paid too much postage I will put in extra items to make up the value of your order.

How can I pay for my items? |

When checking out, Paypal will generate an invoice which can be paid by credit card. Registration with Paypal is not necessary. If registered with Paypal payment can be made via your usual transaction mode.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? |
|
Yes, wholesale pricing is offered to customers who can provide an Australian Business Number (ABN) or similar business identification number and be involved in a retail sports industry, gymnastics team, gymnastics club or team store.
There is a minimum first order of $300. Subsequent orders are a minimum of $150.
Wholesale prices are offered at approximately 30% off retail pricing.

How long will delivery take? |
|
Gymnastics merchandise is generally in stock for up to 5 purchases of the same item, unless otherwise indicated. In most cases postage will occur within 5 days of valid receipt of payment.
If multiple items are purchased, it is likely that the product will need to be ordered. Information will be provided as to the expected delivery date. This is usually 2 - 3 weeks.
