Fundraising

Unfortunately, due to the current economic climate I am unable to process and fill fundraising orders. My suppliers are having difficulties with manufacturers and delivery dates are unpredictable to say the least. I have been experiencing a lot of delays and this is stressful both to the club and their gymnasts, and to myself.

Please feel free to contact me for club discounts on items, I would be happy to offer bulk purchase discounts on stocked items.

In the future, I may restart the fundraising option as seen below:

Over the last year, I have tried various options for fundraising and it is difficult to find the key to success in each individual club. Each club seems to have different wants in terms of the products involved.

The latest way I am trying is for the club themselves to look through this website and choose the products they think would most likely be popular at their club.

I will advise of the availability of the products chosen.

It appears to work well if you choose a combination of less expensive items with one or two of the larger items, ie pencil, tattoos, pen, cup, notepad and then a teddy, back pack and beach towel. It also seems better to choose a smaller number of items to include, but include the range of colours.

When the items are selected I will make up an order form and send it through with a sample of the items you have chosen.

If the value of the fundraising is more than $500, the items are yours to keep. You are welcome to use them as part of your order or to use as a raffle or prizes etc. If the order is less than $500, the items can be used as part of your order or returned.

The club receives 20% of all fundraising amounts received -ie $200 if the order is $1000, plus the sample items, plus free postage.

The great part of this fundraising is that the items are new to Australia which should be an incentive for larger sales and that you can pick and choose the fundraising items that you think your club will be interested in.

Also, if you are holding an inhouse event, the club can purchase the items for the price minus 20% and sell them for the retail price. Some clubs are going with this option, instead of sending out an order form as the hardest part of fundraising appears to be the collection of forms to complete the order.
